It was good experience, fast transaction. However I recommend to synchronize online and instore activities. I should not be called by an agent while I am sitting in store with the sales rep. Or should not get a call about a delivery date of the vehicle when I already had it parked at home for 12+hrs... Looks like physical instore activities are not in sync with the online Backoffice team. More
