This place is very hit-or-miss. Administration is absolute crap, and guidance isn't any better. If you get a bad teacher, you're probably going to dread it for the whole year. Have Multimedia Journalism during 5th block and Social Studies next? Good luck trying your best to not be late.
Admin also absolutely loves to make school a living hell for students and teachers by inventing stupid rules every week. Folders, notebooks, and the crappy school issued laptops can't be put in a backpack, since those are banned. Shoulders or thighs showing? Wearing a comfy hoodie? Signs of the devil, of course. Need to text your mom that you're going on the terrible and trashy school bus? Oops, phones are banned too.
Despite my gripes with this school, there are some good moments. A trip to the American Dream Mall, a dinner dance at the Venetian, a ski trip, and more fun trips do take place. They are kind of expensive though. There are some nice kids here as well, so you might find a friend or two.

I like this school I went to for a lot of reasons. The teachers were friendly and made every new lesson look easy by giving explanations and strategies on how to understand the lesson better. All the teachers had respect toward the students. Most of the teachers were passionate about their classrooms. Everyday I got encouraged to do my best.

My experience was average at this school. There were a lot of kids who weren’t the best and were rude but it did shape me to be the person I am today.
