We have daily check-in meetings and and we have longer once a week "live lessons" with most classes. The online format has allowed me to study at my own pace, to get involved in theater in my community, and to take online and in person dual enrollment classes at a local community college. I feel very prepared for college, but the coursework is time consuming and sometimes the software and assignments from Pearson are very difficult and not really written in a way that is easy to understand. The teachers sometimes have to create work-arounds to help us get the work done. TECCA didn't used to have music teacher, but now they do, which is great because I was able to audition and participate in a local districts music festival this spring, which I couldn't do before. I want to study music and theater in college, so I've had to join local groups to make up for the lack of groups at the school. Overall, I've liked the experience....
